LearnToBot — Operations ERP & Hybrid LMS
Architected the full-stack technology ecosystem powering LearnToBot's education business — an Operations ERP dashboard, a cloud student LMS portal, a parent booking & subscription engine, and an offline-first edge classroom server. Serving 3,000+ users and 22,000+ bookings.
About
LearnToBot needed technology that could run an entire education business — not just a website, but everything from parent bookings and payments to staff scheduling, classroom management, and student learning. I designed and built four connected systems that work together as one platform: an Operations ERP for staff/inventory/CRM, a cloud-based Student LMS for curriculum progress and gamification, a parent booking portal with Stripe billing, and an offline-first Edge LMS that keeps classrooms running during internet outages. The platform serves 3,000+ active users, has processed 22,000+ bookings, and reduced manual admin overhead by ~75%.
Key Features
- Operations ERP: Staff scheduling, class rosters, warehouse box & kit inventory management, material state tracking, CRM, and real-time business analytics
- Student LMS Portal: Online learning hub for video tutorials, lesson progress, attendance tracking, milestone leaderboards, and prize redemptions
- Offline Edge Classroom LMS: Local Node.js server (.exe) streaming curriculum over classroom LAN, logging offline queues, and auto-syncing to cloud
- AI Classroom Audio Monitoring: Local Faster-Whisper (Int8) pipeline transcribing lesson audio chunks to detect student learning obstacles
- Parent Booking & Commerce Engine: Multi-program booking (summer camps, weekly classes, trials) and Stripe subscription billing across 22,000+ transactions
