LearnToBot needed technology that could run an entire education business — not just a website, but everything from parent bookings and payments to staff scheduling, classroom management, and student learning. I designed and built four connected systems that work together as one platform. Parents book and pay online. The team manages everything from one dashboard. Students learn through a dedicated portal. And classrooms keep running even when the internet goes out, with the system automatically syncing back to the cloud when connectivity returns. The platform now serves 3,000+ active users and has processed 22,000+ bookings, while cutting manual admin work by around 75%.
